Company Law Settlement Scheme / Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme 2026 (CCFS-2026)

MCA India

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced the
Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme 2026 (CCFS-2026), commonly known as the
Company Law Settlement Scheme 2026.
This limited-period amnesty-style initiative helps companies clear compliance defaults and update
their records on the MCA portal with significantly reduced penalties.

What is CCFS-2026?

CCFS-2026 is a one-time compliance relief window that allows companies to file overdue
ROC forms with large fee reductions. The scheme also provides options for:

  • Reduced additional filing fees
  • Applying for Dormant Company Status
  • Voluntary strike-off at concessional rates
  • Immunity from prosecution for delays
Scheme Duration:
15 April 2026 to 15 July 2026
After this date, regular penalties will apply again.

Key Features & Benefits

✔ 1. Reduced Additional Filing Fees (Only 10%)

Under the scheme, companies pay only 10% of the additional fees that would normally apply—
a massive financial relief for older compliance defaults.

✔ 2. Dormant Company Status at Half Fee

Inactive companies can apply for dormancy under Section 455 by paying
50% of the standard fees.

✔ 3. Strike-off at Only 25% of Normal Fees

Companies seeking closure can apply for voluntary strike-off using Form STK-2
at just 25% of the normal fee.

✔ 4. Immunity from Prosecution

No legal action will be initiated for delays covered under the CCFS-2026 filings.
